COMMON ORDER When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respective petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petitions. To that effect, separate memos dated 08.04.2026 were filed and the same are recorded.
2. In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as with drawn with liberty to avail alternative remedy available under Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998. However, it is made clear that the respective memos dated 08.04.2026 shall form part and parcel of the records of these Writ Petitions. There shall be no order as to costs.
