O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed against the interim order passed in M.P.Nos.1, 2 & 2 of 2013 in W.P.Nos.18459, 18460 and 18461 of 2013.

2.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the order has been implemented in all respects on receipt of the same. To substantiate this, the learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the written examination were completed, even before the receipt of the interim order passed by this Court on 09.7.2013. However, on receipt of the order of this Court further process of Vivavoce etc., were not conducted.

3. Thus, the respondent has not committed any contempt of the orders of this Court. In this view of the matter, all contentions raised in this petition may be adjudicated during the final hearing of the writ petition.

4.Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. Post the W.P.Nos.18459, 18460 and 18461 of 2013, for hearing on 03.11.2017.
