ORDER

The petitioner is the husband and the respondent is the wife. Due to a matrimonial dispute, they are living separately. The respondent filed a petition in M.C.No.46 of 2015 under Section 125 Cr.P.C before the Family Court, Erode. By order dated 29.06.2017, the Family Court directed the petitioner herein to pay a sum of Rs.7,500/- per month towards maintenance to the respondent from the date of maintenance case. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has filed the present Revision Case.

2.Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel on either side submitted that both the parties have agreed to pay a sum of Rs.7,500/- per month to the respondent by the petitioner towards maintenance.

3.Recording the submission so made by the learned counsel on either side, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directing the petitioner to pay the monthly maintenance at the rate of Rs.7,500/- to the respondent, on or before 5th of every succeeding English Calender month, without any default. The arrears of maintenance, if any, as ordered by the trial Court is directed to be paid by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
