M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., and A.A.NAKKIRAN, J., [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., ] The petitioner came forward with this petition for clarification, primarily on the ground that as per the Website information, the order came to be revoked on 29.12.2020.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the said information and would submit that in the light of the same, some confusion has been caused in the mind of the petitioner and therefore, prays for appropriate orders.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent would further submit that the Writ Petition has been dismissed with a cost of Rs.25,000/- vide final order dated 21.12.2020 and it was directed to be listed on 22.03.2021, for filing Status Report with supporting documents and as such the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, lacks merits.

4. This Court has carefully considered the rival submissions and also perused the materials placed before it.

5. The final order dated 21.12.2020 passed in W.P.No.13701 of 2020, is neither reviewed nor clarified or modified. The petitioner is acting on the Website information and whereas the records made available before this Court, would disclose otherwise.

6. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for further time to deposit the costs of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) to the Compassion Children's Home, Jeroham Ministries Trust, No.8, Lotus Street, Shakthi Nagar, Adambakkam, Chennai 600 088, on or before 22.03.2021.
