ORDER
When the matter was taken up for the hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous in view of the orders passed in the appeal dated 10.09.2010 which is sought to be disposed of by the respondents and had also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
2.Recording the said submission, no further orders is required in this Writ Petition and hence, this Writ Petition is closed. However, there shall be no orders as to costs.
