ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent herein to investigate the matter in crime No.399 of 2014 dated 19.06.2014 on the file of the respondent police and to file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate in accordance with law within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in Crime.No.399 of 2014 before the respondent.

4. The respondent is directed to investigate and file a Final Report expeditiously.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
