This application has been filed to condone the delay of 370 days in filing the appeal as against the order of the Learned Master dated 03.02.2020 in E.P.No.241 of 2013 on the file of the Hon'ble Master, High Court.

2. Today when the application is taken up for hearing, heard the learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.Su.Srinivasan, learned counsel for the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent is not having any objection for allowing this application.

3. Therefore, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also for the reason that the respondent is not having objection, this application is allowed.
