ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed by this Court while granting statutory bail to the petitioner in Crl.R.C.No.328 of 2024 dated 04.03.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. Though the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that already the charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.36 of 2025, considering the serious nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to relax the said condition.
