In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforestated liberty, as prayed for, if so advised under the provisions of law. Consequently, M.P. No. 1 of 2015 is dismissed. One week time is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority. Till such time, the respondents shall not take any action against the petitioner.
