Petition for relaxation of bail conditions.

2. Bail has been granted by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai on 18.11.2014 imposing certain conditions.

3. The learned counsel wants relaxation of the bail condition.

4. The learned Government Advocate pointed out that the petitioner could have moved the concerned Court for relaxation of bail condition.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner replied that there is no bar or limitation in coming to this Court.

6. It is nothing but bye-passing the Principal Sessions Judge and straight away coming to the High Court. There are hierarchy of Courts. There are several ladders. The system has to be followed. Only in extreme exceptional circumstances, the subordinate courts can be bye-passed. For instances, at a particular place if the judicial machinery is completely failed, may be due to some untoward incident etc. In extraordinary circumstances, they can come to the High Court. 7. In the circumstances, the petitioner is advised to follow the established procedure.

8. In the circumstances with these observations, not foreclosing any relief or available to him in law, this petition is disposed of accordingly.
