No.285 of 2001 dated 4.6.2014 quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to re-fix the pay of Mr.B.Devakadatcham at Rs.315/- per month with effect from 14.12.1979 as per the CIT Dighe Award and consequential arrears of pay and other attendant service and terminal benefits.
