Respondent PRAYER:- This Petition has been filed under Section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 and under Order XXI Rule 2 & 3 of the Original Side Rules, praying for:- (a)The petitioner may be granted permanent custody of the minor child Yuvan Rajakrishna born on 04.05.2005 and aged about 6 years.

(b)For such other reliefs as this Court may deem fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice;

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner filed a Memo dated 26.06.2023 indicating that the minor child had attained majority and that the matter has become infructuous. He had also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

2.Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected applications are also closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
