ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.05.2015 and investigate the same and consequently file a final report within a stipulated time in CSR No.142 of 2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint given by one V.Hariharan, a petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.142 of 2015.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is directed to register a case and proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
