ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under Sections 406, 420 of IPC on a complaint given by one Navanitha, under the guise of petition enquiry.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that one Navanitha has lodged a complaint against the petitioner herein and based on the same, C.No270 of 2019 was issued and after investigation, the said complaint was closed and hence, there is no question of harassment.
