ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 2 and 3.

2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 369 days in filing the appeal.

3. The reason mentioned in the affidavit appears to be genuine, showing sufficient cause to condone the delay. Therefore, we are inclined to condone the delay.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed.

5. Registry to number the appeal and list the same for admission next week.
