ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition at Para No.5(b) imposed in Crl.O.P. No.32324 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 in crime No.1503 of 2024 pending on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32324 of 2024 on 02.01.2025 is totally relaxed.
