Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.15721/2010 E1 dated 28.09.2010 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same and direct the 3rd respondent to restore the patta granted in Patta No.70, in favour of the petitioner.

ORDER
The Writ Petitioner challenges the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.15721/2010 E1 dated 28.09.2010 on the file of the 3rd respondent and seeks to quash the same and to direct the 3rd respondent to restore the patta granted in Patta No.70, in favour of the petitioner.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, both the learned counsel appearing for the parties concerned, agreed that the impugned proceedings dated 28.09.2010 was challenged by some of the purchasers and one Rajasekaran by filing Revision Petition before the Commissioner of Land Administration, Chennai viz., the Revisional Authority. The Revisional Authority, by his order in Rc.No.K4-1636-2015, dated 10.08.2015 remanded the matter to the 3rd respondent, for fresh enquiry and disposal and set aside the impugned order. Pursuant to the order passed by the Commissioner of Land Administration, Chennai, the third respondent-the District Revenue Officer, Coimbatore District, Coimbatore, passed the Proceedings in Ni.Mu.17863/2015/E1 dated 16.08.2016.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. It is open to the Petitioner to seek his remedy before the appropriate forum, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
