This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to expedite the disposal of 1/4

O.S.No.906 of 2021 on the file of V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore.

2. Brief facts which are necessary for the disposal of the Civil Revision Petition are as follows:- The subject matter of the suit pertains to the rightful ownership and possession of suit properties. Delay in finalizing the dispute in O.S.No.906 of 2021 is causing unnecessary hardship and inconvenience to the petitioners. Hence, the petitioenrs have approached this Court by way of the instant Civil Revision Petition.

3. Heard Mr.K.Sasindran, learned counsel for the petitioners.

4. A bare reading of the materials available on record, it could be deduced that I.A is pending before the trial Court. In such a view of the matter, direction cannot be given for speedy disposal of O.S.No.906 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore.

5. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, at the admission stage itself. However, a direction is issued to the learned V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of I.A.No.3 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
