O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2021 and dated 12.01.2022 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent issued free agriculture land assignment patta bearing No.DK.06/F1427/2018 in favour of the petitioner on 06.08.2018. The petitioner made representation to the respondents seeking to upload the patta, chitta, adangal at Government website based on the patta issued by the fourth respondent and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 29.12.2021 and dated 12.01.2022 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that once condition patta was issued under Revenue Standing Order there is no provision for issuance of regular patta under Patta Pass Book Act.

5.Admittedly, the fourth respondent has issued free agriculture land patta bearing No.DK.06/F1427/2018 in favour of the petitioner on 06.08.2018. When the petitioner is in possession of condition patta issued under Revenue Standing Order there is no provision for issuance of regular patta under Patta Pass Book Act. Regular patta is issued in terms of title. In the present case, patta was granted in terms of Revenue Standing Order. Hence, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the third respondent made entries in the revenue records if otherwise in order. The petitioner is entitled to claim the benefits under the condition patta.

6.With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed. No costs.
