The learned counsel for the respondent/defendant has not raised any objection for allowing this application, which has been filed by the plaintiff seeking for reception of additional documents. He would submit that the said documents can be allowed to be received and marked as exhibits subject to its admission, proof and relevancy.

This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application, as sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and the additional documents disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this application are allowed to be received and marked on the side of the plaintiff, subject to its admission, proof and relevancy.

Post the matter on 05.03.2024 for filing of affidavit of admission/denial of documents on the side of the plaintiff.
