A counter had been filed raising objections to the introduction of the said documents primarily on the ground that they have been introduced at a belated stage and that the documents are not relevant to determine the issue in the suit. The relevancy is an issue to be raised during the course of the arguments. I would permit the documents to be introduced, but subject to however the proof and admisibility. The application stands allowed.
