Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records which culminated in the proceedings bearing Rc.No.6384/L3/2017 dated 26.07.2017 on the file of the first respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner to the post of Graduate Teacher (Mathematics) on the basis of passing of Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) during August 2013 vide Roll No.13 TE 3421 3173 within a time limit to be specified by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed questioning the correctness of the impugned order dated 26.7.2017 issued by the Member Secretary, Teachers Recruitment Board, Chennai in proceedings bearing Rc.No.6384/L3/2017, in which the request of the petitioner for selection to the post of Graduate Teacher (Mathematics) was turned down on the ground that she is not even having the requisite cut-off marks, namely, 69.32, which has been fixed for MBC(W).
2. Admittedly, the petitioner's weightage marks is 64.64. Secondly, the petitioner in her representation has submitted that one S.Girija with Roll No.13TE27200602 has been selected https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
with total weightage as per G.O.71 at 62.65 with TET marks of
86. It has been, however, clarified that the said S.Girija with Roll No.13TE27200602 admittedly belongs to MBC/DNC, whereas the petitioner is not from denotified community. Thirdly, the petitioner has studied only regular B.Ed., academic stream, but not B.Ed., Special Education. Therefore, she need not be considered on par with the candidates who pursued B.Ed., Special Education. Since the Teachers Recruitment Board have called Muthumari alias Ezhilarasi.R and R.Hema for certificate verification for the post of B.T.(Inclusive Education for Disabled at Secondary Stage) under Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan on the ground that they studied B.Ed., Special Education, which is in order, the petitioner cannot compete with them.
3. I fully agree with the reasoning given in the impugned order. As mentioned above, the petitioner has not even secured the cut-off marks, namely, 69.32 for MBC(W). Therefore, the writ petition fails and it is dismissed.
