The present criminal revision has been filed against the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem in Crl.MP.No.3088 of 2021 dated 07.02.2022 in crime No.272 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the revision and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
