The above Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a direction to the Principal District Judge, Villupuram to number the unnumbered suit in O.S.Sr.No.40 of 2022.

The learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram has returned the papers calling for the legal heirship certificate of the deceased Easwaramoorthy and to implead his legal heirs as a party to the suit. The suit is one seeking a declaration that the plaintiff is the owner of the suit property on the basis of a Will.

3. In these circumstances, the plaintiff has to definitely comply with the orders of the learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. The Registry is directed to return the papers to the plaintiff, who shall represent the same after complying with all the returns, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
