This petition has been filed seeking to amend the second petitioner's name in the petition copy and order copy as "Manoj" instead of Manoj Kumar in Crl.O.P.No.2827 of 2025 dated 05.02.2025.

In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.2827 of 2025 dated 05.02.2025 and issue fresh order copy.

Further, time is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of fresh order copy, to comply with the conditions imposed on the petitioner, by this Court vide order dated 05.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.2827 of 2025.
