ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register an FIR against the said persons based on the complaint dated 29.03.2015 given by the petitioner, pending in CSR No.149 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard Mr.N.Anand Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias,learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.149 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.149 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
