The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 80 days in filing the criminal appeal against the judgment dated 25.09.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (ML), Thiruchengode in S.T.C.No.275 of 2017.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
