Respondents Prayers: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the 3rd and 4th respondent and their men, agents, subordinates, servants or any other persons claiming authority under them from in any manner interfering with the running of the petitioner bunk shop at Rajendra Prasad Road near compound wall of the N.S.N.Higher Secondary School, Nehru Nagar, Chromepet, Chennai - 600044, as he has been permitted to carry out the occupation of street vending by the first respondent in the area coming under its jurisdiction.

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents 3 and 4, their men, agents or any other person in any manner interfering with running of the business of the petitioner near the compound wall of the N.S.N.Higher Secondary School, Nehru Nagar, Chromepet, Chennai - 600044.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that as per the request of the Tahsildar, Pallavaram, the petitioner was already evicted from the place on 22.12.2017.
3. In the light of the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, no further adjudication is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
required in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
