This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.151 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the

learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent. Perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, is directed to complete the trial and dispose of C.C.No.151 of 2021 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
