This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Para 4(b) in 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

ssi Crl.O.P.No.1612 of 2025 dated 24.01.2025 owing to their family background, the petitioners may be directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required in Crime Number 129 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.
2. When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent on instructions reported that the petitioners have not complied the conditions even for one week in para No.4(b) that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1612 of 2025 dated 24.01.2025.
3. The anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners as early as on 24.01.2025, and without complying the conditions imposed, these petitioners have approached this Court for seeking modification of the aforesaid order, this Court is not inclined to consider the same.
