ORDER

Though sufficient opportunities have been given to the petitioners to verify whether anything survives in the revision, the counsel for the petitioners is unable to get instructions from the petitioners.

2. As early as in February of this year, the respondent has reported that nothing survives for consideration since the matter has already been decided by the writ Court. Subsequently, atleast six opportunities have been granted to the petitioners to verify the position and the counsel for the petitioners is unable to assist the court.

3. In view of the above, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the petitioners to take out an application to restore the revision if the instructions of the petitioners are otherwise. No costs.
