The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the vehicle was seized and handed over to the applicant. However, no report has been filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner.

3. Further, this Court directs the applicant to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- as additional remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner within a period of 2 weeks from today (10.06.2024)

4. Post this matter on 01.07.2024 for reporting compliance.
