A.No.1377 of 2022 A.No.1377 of 2022 in C.S.(Comm.Suits) No.121 of 2020 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J A.No.1377 of 2022 is filed for substitution of Mr.G.B.Arun Jose as the authorized signatory and representative of the plaintiff instead of Mr.S.Dinesh Kumar. The applicant states that Mr.S.Dinesh Kumar, who worked as Manager - Sales and Tender, resigned on 29.12.2021. Subsequent thereto, the plaintiff passed a board resolution on 21.01.2022 by which Mr.G.B.Arun Jose was made the authorized representative of the company. The present application is filed in the said facts and circumstances.

2. The respondents have no objection to this application being allowed. Accordingly, A.No.1377 of 2022 is allowed by permitting the applicant to substitute Mr.G.B.Arun Jose as the authorized signatory and representative instead of Mr.S.Dinesh Kumar. The applicant / plaintiff is directed to carry out consequential amendments in the plaint on or before 19.04.2022. A copy of the amended plaint shall be served on the defendant within one week thereafter.

3. Both parties are directed to exchange the statement of admission / denial of documents filed by the counter party. Both parties are also directed to agree upon and submit a common proposed case management schedule on the next date of hearing.
