ORDER

The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a limited prayer for a direction to the first respondent to consider her representation dated 24.3.2016 seeking promotion to the post of P.G.Assistant (History) in the fourth respondent School. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Mr.V.Anandhamoorthy, learned Additional Government Pleader, taking notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, submitted that subject to the proposal, if any, made by the fourth respondent School, the case of the petitioner will be considered.

3. But, as per Rule 15(4) of the Tamil Nadu Recognised Private Schools (Regulation) Rules, 1974, the first respondent is hereby directed to consider the pending representation of the petitioner on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
