ORDER
The Writ petition has been filed for direction directing the fifth respondent to appoint the petitioner as Special Teacher for Physical Education (Part -Time) in Villupuram District, in terms of the G.O.No. 177, dated 11.11.2011.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that now the recruitment rules have been changed and accordingly, the petitioner ought to have been passed the teacher eligibility test to the post of Teacher for Physical Education.
3. In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in
this writ petition cannot be considered. Thus, the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
