3. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint to the Director General of Police and Home Secretary. The petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint in person before the District Crime Branch, Chennai along with supporting materials and on such complaint being given, the same shall be allotted to a police officer concerned, who shall enquire and take action.
