The Learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Mahila Court), Coimbatore had addressed a letter in D.No.160/16 dated 22.11.2016 to the Registrar General of this Court inter alia stating that the Petitioner/A4 is abiding the condition regularly imposed on him, by appearing and signing before his Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. from 01.03.2016. 2.It comes to be known that the Petitioner/A4 was released on conditional bail on 24.02.2016 as per order dated 18.02.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.1819 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.131 of 2016. 3.Considering the fact that the Petitioner/A4 is abiding the condition regularly without any default and his mother has become bedridden and he is the only son to look after her health condition etc., this Court modifies the earlier condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1819 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.131 of 2016 by directing the
