O R D E R

At the time of admission, this Court ordered notice to the respondents and granted interim stay of operation of Award, dated 31.01.2013 made in I.D.No.392 of 2010 passed by the first respondent pending disposal of the writ petition, vide order dated 04.09.2013.

2. Perusal of records show that on 03.06.2015, this Court had passed a self-serving order, thereby granting four weeks time to the petitioner to comply with the payment of batta, failing which, the writ petition shall stand dismissed automatically as against the respondents, without further reference to the Court.

3. Due to the non-compliance of the above conditional order by the petitioner, the writ petition came to be dismissed vide order dated 03.06.2015 against respondents 2 & 3.

4. In view of the order passed in 03.06.2015, by which the writ petition was dismissed for non-compliance of the order, no further order is required. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
