This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 02.07.2015 made in E.P.No.4651 of 2014 in O.S.No.3932 of 1997 on the file of City Civil Court (IX Assistant Judge) at Chennai and allow the Revision Petition.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioner submitted that the Lower Court has ordered to issue precept warrant to attach the schedule mentioned movable articles on or before 03.09.2015 to continue attachment for two months and the decree holder is directed to take proceeding to transmit the decree and the present E.P was closed.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioner further submitted that since the attachment is only for two months i.e., from 03.09.2015 to 03.11.2015, nothing survives in this petition for further Page No.2 of 5

adjudication.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 13.12.2023 vm Index :
