to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st to 4th Respondents to evict the unauthorized occupant i.e., the 5th Respondent or his men, from the temple land measuring an extent of 5.44 acres comprised in Survey No.444/2, Ulipuram Village, Gangavalli Taluk and Salem District, belonging to Arulmigu Kamba Perumal Temple and thereafter to secure the said property and to conduct public auction / lease strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 and the Rules framed thereunder based on the petitioners representation dated 23.10.2025. The writ petition is filed seeking a directing to respondents 1 to 4 to evict the unauthorized occupant, namely the 5th Respondent or his men, from the temple land measuring an extent of 5.44 acres comprised in Survey No.444/2, Ulipuram Village, Gangavalli Taluk and Salem District, belonging to Arulmigu Kamba Perumal Temple and to secure the property thereafter.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, it was represented by the Learned Government Advocate that the matter is pending in revision and that, if adequate time is granted, the revision will be disposed of. Page Nos.2/5

3. In view of the submission made and the nature of relief that is granted, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, without notice to the private respondent. It is main clear that this Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter. It is stated that the revision filed on behalf of the private respondent is said to be pending before the first respondent. The first respondent shall dispose of the revision as expeditiously as possible and in any event not later than four months from the date of receipt of web copy of this order. Needless to mention that if any application for impleading legal heirs to be filed, the same shall be filed by the appropriate parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
