This Civil Revision petition is filed challenging the docket order dated 24.06.2019 in E.A. No.65/2019 in E.P. No.24/2017 in A.R.C. No.83/2016, on the file of the District and Sessions Court-II, Kanchipuram, wherein the upset price was reduced from 1,15,00,000/- to Rs.1,00,00,000/-.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the first respondent would contend that the sale was conducted on 23.03.2020 and subsequently it was also confirmed and that E.P. No.24/2017 was terminated. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present case.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the first respondent, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
