It appears that on an application filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, an Arbitrator had been appointed and he had also entered reference.

2. The parties are directed to raise all issues including issues which had been pressed in Arb.Appln Nos. 101 and 102 of 2024 before the learned Arbitrator.

3. I am confident that the Arbitrator would pass orders only based on the records available before him.

4. Both the Applications stand closed.
