Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking injunction to the respondents 1 to 4 not to give extension to the fifth respondent. However, in the meanwhile, the fifth respondent has already been given the order of extension, as evident from the reply affidavit. In such premises, this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed, as no cause of action for the same survives, but, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge such order of extension granted in favour of the fifth respondent, if so aggrieved. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
