This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.03.2014.

2.Since this case is pending on the file of this Court from March 2014, this Court perused the materials available on record thoroughly before passing the following order. 3.On reading of the complaint dated 06.03.2013, it is seen that an incident is said to have taken place on 05.03.2014 in the S-11, Tambaram Police, in which, one Kalaivani appears to have threatened the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that enquiry was conducted by the Tambaram Police and report has been filed to the effect that no such incident had taken place as alleged by the petitioner in S-11, Tambaram Police Station on 05.03.2014.

5.It is also alleged by the petitioner that after the aforesaid incident, when he went to his shop on 06.03.2014, he found that some anti-social elements have illegally opened his shop at Valasarvakkam and taken out some important materials. In this connection, no complaint has been lodged and the Valasarvakkam Police Station has also not been made as respondent in this petition. Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
