ASHA, J, As per the directions of this Court, the applicant had filed an affidavit from the son of the second attesting witness who has stated that the signature found in the Will is that of his father. He has also stated that his father informed him about the execution of the Will by A. Vadivelu Naicker.

2.The applicant/petitioner is not able to trace out the other attesting witness who shifted from the original residence that has been given. This affidavit is taken on file. The application for dispensing with the affidavit of attesting witness is ordered.

The Registry is directed to number the Original Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
