ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for direction to the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner as an Assistant Professor in the Civil Engineering Department without insisting for mandatory completion of Ph.D., degree with all back wages with interest as this or any other appropriate writ order or direction.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy by challenging the removal order in the manner known to law. No costs.
