This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the orders of this Hon'ble Court in Contempt Petition No.1377 of 2023 dated 17.10.2023.

2. When the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this court has been complied with by the respondents. In this regard he has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka. No.1610/2020/R2 dated 04.04.2024.
