When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the order dated 05.09.2013 passed by this Court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.No.384 of 2020 W.P.No.22740 of 2013 has been complied with, inasmuch as, the petitioner is being given police protection even now.

Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed with liberty to the police to review the security threat for the petitioner and take a decision with regard to the further continuance of police protection to the petitioner from time to time.
