Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarifiled Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order made in Rc.C1/19792/2013, dated 06.07.2013 passed by the 2nd respondent and the consequential order made in Na.Ka.No.200/SDOC/Genl./2013, dated 20.07.2013 passed by the third respondent and quash the same and consequentially direct the third respondent to permit the petitioner to conduct a meeting at "Gandhiyar Thidal", Thindivanam Town to deliver speech by eminent lawyers about the topic namely "The Fundamental Rights and Constitution of India"on a agreed date between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent.
