This matter is heard through Video Conferencing.

2. The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging noncompliance of the order of this Court dated 15.04.2016 passed in W.P.No.13911 of 2016, whereunder this Court had directed the respondent herein to conduct an enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.07.2013 by affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as to respondents 2 and 3 in the Writ Petition and other necessary parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders/take appropriate action on merits and in accordance with law.

3. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent that the order of this Court, which is in contempt, has been complied with. 2/3

Since the order of this Court, which is in contempt, has been complied with, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance, he is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
